Wei Zhong is a happy and fulfilled individual today! Two very Good things have happened seven hours apart of each other.
The first very Good thing is that my ThinkQuest site was uploaded successfully before the 3.05 am cut-off time this morning. There was some last-minute adventure due to our 3.00 am discovery of a grammar error (both side of the story) in the intro graphic, which was smack in the middle of our index page. Thankfully, it was corrected, albeit amidst lots of chaos in the group MSN conversation, within 5 minutes or so. And it's very exciting, especially when you don't know when exactly the site upload mechanism will be shut off.
The second very Good thing is that I passed my 2.4 run for the first time in my life today! For some reason (Linxi please don't say "girls"), I ran 13′42″—E is from 13′21″ to 14′10″—bettering my previous personal best of 15′06″. Wei Zhi insisted that he kept track of my laps properly. I feel even more motivated to train for my 5 stations now!
On another note, I concur with Kaiqi in that we should have another class outing soon! I'd like another dose of social interactions and observations. We could have a class lunch at Marina Square (again), and then pop by the SMU Kopitiam nearby. It's an excellent distraction-free environment for mugging, and we can start taking out our Physics by Cutnell and Johnson to start mugging for our Physics test in Week 8. And then we can end the day off with pool or dinner (or both). This way, we can facilitate class bonding while ensuring that not too much is lost from our mugging schedules(:
