Bogglific Tip #1Three-letter EE wordsEE comes up pretty frequently in Boggle, so it's pretty important that you're familiar with the words that can be formed with EE. Let's start with the three-letter EE words.
Front-end hooksAll (consonant)EE words are valid except for
HEE KEE QEE XEE YEE. All (vowel)EE words are invalid.
Take note!
HEE is a very commonly entered word because it sounds like it is accepted, but actually isn't.
Words in common use: BEE FEE MEE PEE SEE TEE WEE
Words that spell out letter names:
CEE DEE
GEE JEE VEE ZEE
Surprisingly, these words are also accepted:
LEENEE - A
term sometimes used in introducing the name of the family to which a married woman belongs by birth REE - A Portuguese money of account, in value about one tenth of a cent
Back-end hooksOnly EEK (exclamation) EEL EEN (contraction of EVEN) are accepted.
EEU and
EEW are not accepted!
Notice that EEL and LEE are both accepted, as are EEN and NEE. Condition yourself to type both the words in each pair.
KEE, however, is not accepted.
PluralisationsAll valid EE-containing three-letter words can be pluralised by adding an S except for NEE EEK EEN. Makes a lot of sense if you understand the definitions of the various words. And even though you hear 'eeks' all the time, it's not actually accepted in Bogglific.
